Services are provided and billed to your insurance if your plan has acupuncture listed as a benefit.

Mr. Silverman is an out-of-network provider and can participate in your health insurance plan only if your benefits include acupuncture as an out-of-network benefit.

If your plan does not cover services, the patient is responsible for payment at the time of service.

Form of payment accepted is cash or check (credit cards are not accepted at this time).
